March 2012 Meeting will be March 27 at pm. Come meet the new community policing officer. Brian Wofford. We are so grateful to have him. Have any questions about what is happening with our police department? Want to be in the know about what is happening in our city and how to prevent crime in our Neighborhood? These meetings are for education, safety, and community. Get to know your neighbors. Invite them to ride with you to the meeting. We look forward to meeting you all. We invite members and visitors to come to our meetings.
October2011— We will have a speaker from Del Quest who will update us on events happening in our area and how we can become involved in aiding the learning of teens in our city. Teenagers, parents and neighbors will want to find out how they can help their teens grow in today's society.
September— We were visited by Scott Inman and he was excellent. We learned about upcoming legislation and various questions were answered on concerns of our citizens.
August- Crime has been up in our portion of the city. More burglaries. Keep your eyes open and call any suspicious activity in. Our assistant police chief iterated that there is no better crime deterrent than a NOSY neighbor. Here we are encouraging you to get out of your shell, keep your eyes open. Crime makes us all feel unsafe at home– We all want to have pretty things in our yard and to create beauty in our neighborhood. Theft reduces the ability and takes away our pride in our city. LOOK for and report those who are stealing, stalking or just roaming around. We are the eyes and ears for our police and fire departments. Let them know if there is a problem. Help them help us to be SAFE and secure in our homes!!!

June 28, 2011 is an important night for EHNWA and our city. Our elections for officers will be held. Come vote, renew your dues, and find out about the municipal bond election. May was election month and we did not have a meeting due to tornadoes Please come and vote this month. Our firefighters will be there with a presentation. This is an opportunity for you to ask questions.
Del City Council meetings will be held every first and third Monday at 6 p.m.
at the Del City Hall. If you have Cox Cable, tune into channel 20 for more information..
